Welcome to the Administrative Services Organization (ASO) informational web portal. The purpose of this site is to provide you with latest news and updates regarding the ASO and key resources.
The ASO is a project that will improve the way the District government manages its Medicaid program, resulting in increased efficiencies and ease of administration. Most importantly, the ASO will help the District collect and retain more federal matching dollars for services rendered to Medicaid beneficiaries.
The ASO is a service function that will enable us to manage Medicaid billing across the District in a centralized fashion. We have put in place one set of processes and procedures that will mandate uniformity from our vendors, providers, and government agencies alike.
The ASO illustrates my commitment to the Mayor, Council and residents of the District to ensure proper billing from Partner Agencies for eligible services.
